Leisha Keithel is a platform-based marketplace. All products and services listed on the app are offered and fulfilled by third-party vendors. We facilitate transactions but do not directly sell or deliver goods ourselves.
Each vendor on Leisha Keithel may define their own return, exchange, or refund policy. Before making a purchase, we recommend reviewing:
The vendor’s refund conditions on their product or store page
The estimated delivery and handling terms
Any disclaimers or non-refundable conditions
If a vendor does not specify a refund policy, we will treat it as “No Refunds unless faulty or undelivered” by default.
You may request a refund in the following scenarios:
Non-delivery of goods or services after a reasonable timeframe
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered
Duplicate payments or billing errors
Vendor explicitly allows refunds under specific conditions

We may ask for photos, proof of defect, or delivery slips as part of the investigation.
Refunds may not be provided for:
Items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable
Digital downloads or services that have already been accessed or delivered
Buyer’s change of mind (unless explicitly stated by the vendor)
Once a refund is approved, the payment gateway provider may take 5–10 business days to reflect the amount in your account, depending on your payment method.
For purchases made directly through Apple In-App Purchases (if any in future versions of the app), please note:
Apple handles billing directly.
